"My work emerges from a desire to dissolve the boundaries between self and place, time and geography. It is an exploration of belonging by way of detachment—a search for integration not through rootedness, but through the loss of fixed coordinates. Remote landscapes become channels for this inquiry, stripped of familiar markers that define a specific location or moment. Without clear reference points—no up or down, right or left—the images disorient, suspending the viewer in a space where identity is no longer tied to physicality but absorbed into the whole.

By removing a fixed focal point or narrative, there is an immersive encounter where the structure of the image is not just about visual elements but experiential forces. This approach encourages self-awareness, urging the observer to not only witness these transitions but to become conscious of their own act of looking—transforming perception into the very subject of the work.

The interplay of light and shadow furthers this dissolution. They move, lengthen, shorten, and shift, shaping depth and texture while resisting permanence.

Through this engagement, I offer a space for reflection on impermanence, memory, and the fluidity of existence.

In this boundless space, detached from maps and fixed identities, the experience of looking becomes one of integration—feeling part of a greater, undivided whole."
